What Is an AI Agent Action?
An AI agent action is one task you ask a ReachScraper AI agent to do for you. Every plan includes a set number of actions every 30 days — Starter 40, Growth 100, Pro 300, and Agency 2,000 shared evenly across the whole team. Need more? Add monthly action packs.
What counts as 1 action
- Sending one request to the Research, Commerce or Billing agents (for example, "analyze this competitor" or "price this product").
- Starting a Willy mission, like "find 500 dentists in Austin".
What doesn't count
- Things you do yourself: scraping from the Scraper page, editing leads, building campaigns and sending emails. Those use your plan's lead and email limits.
- Chatting with Willy and asking questions. Only starting a mission uses an action — one mission can save hundreds of leads and still counts as 1.
How the limit works
- It's a rolling 30-day window, not a monthly reset. Each action becomes available again 30 days after you used it.
- Your remaining actions are shown on the Agents page.
- If you run out, agent requests pause until older actions expire. Everything else keeps working.
How Agency teams share actions
- Agency includes one pool of 2,000 actions every 30 days for the whole organization, with up to 100 users.
- The pool is split evenly between active members — for example, 10 users get 200 actions each, 100 users get 20 each.
- Managers can still give a member a custom amount in the Sales Command Center (Manage team); the rest stays split evenly.
Buy extra actions
- Monthly action packs work on any plan: 100 actions for $50, 300 for $145, 500 for $250, 1,000 for $450 and 5,000 for $900.
- On Agency, packs bought by the organization owner are added to the shared pool and split evenly across the team — ideal for large teams.
- Packs renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from billing settings.
