Data transparency

How our data works

ReachScraper builds each lead from public sources, keeps a link to where every detail came from, and labels how complete it is. The numbers below come live from our database.

Where leads come from

Businesses are found through Google Maps style local search and the company's own public website. We do not buy or resell contact databases.

How Deep Search works

Deep Search reads the company's website and public profiles to find decision makers, emails and social links. Each saved detail keeps a link to the exact page it was found on and the date it was found, shown as a "Source" link on the lead profile.

How we check links

A recurring sweep visits each lead's website and marks it verified, redirected, recovered or broken. Social links that don't match the company's own website are removed.

Data-quality labels

Each researched lead is labeled Strong, Partial or Thin based on five signals: a verified website, an email, a named decision maker, a social profile and a company summary. Strong has 4 or more, Partial 2 to 3, Thin 0 to 1.

What we can't promise

Public data changes. Some emails are generic inboxes, and some details are AI-assisted findings. Use the Source link to check anything important before you reach out.
